These terms govern use of this website operated by VICAMOS. Use of the VICAMOS platform, the hardware and the services is governed by the contract concluded between the parties, including the data processing agreement and the service description.
2. Content of this website
The information on this website describes the VICAMOS feature set in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer. Features, availability and response levels are agreed bindingly in the contract.
References to standards and statutory requirements are provided for context. They are neither a certification nor legal advice. Specific certificates are named with the certifying body, number and scope.
3. Intellectual property
Text, design, graphics and software on this website are protected by copyright. Use beyond the cases permitted by law requires our prior written consent.
4. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
5. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
